The Battle Cry for this endeavor is going to be .. Keep It Simple!! For starters, we are going to list the DON'Ts!!
#1. Don't create a separate directory in your Web Space! Just
upload the lake.class file to
your main web space.
#2. Don't worry about the window with the uploading message
that reads .. class lake ~ etc.
Trust me, the lake.class will upload properly.
#3. Don't worry about having to 'code base' anything! If
you upload the lake.class file to
your main web space, and also upload your image
for the Lake applet to your main web
web space .. no worries!
Remember ... Keep it Simple!!!
Read the Lake Tutorial, then when you start to create a 'Lake Applet', use the basic code in your html. Watch your typing, pay attention to the math part, (the size of your image, width and height), double check the html code for errors, then publish the new creation!!
